Trans vaginal sonography (TVS) to evaluate female reproductive organs such as uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries & pelvic cavity and ovulation study .

Base line hormone analysis on day 3 of the menstrual cycle such as serum LH, FSH, E2, Testosterone, SHBG, PRL, Thyroid functions, Insulin to diagnose causes of Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), anovulatory cycles & irregular and scanty menstrual periods.

Special hormones: Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH), Inhibin B & Inhibin A to evaluate ovarian reserve of follicles authentically in women over 35 years (First time in India)

Serum Progesterone & 17 – Hydroxy Progesterone (17 OHP) on Day 21 to evaluate luteal phase defect, particularly in women with recurrent abortions.

Estimation of Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor I (PAI-I) to evaluate uterine receptivity

Hysterosalpingography (HSG) for tubal patency
Endoscopy (diagnostic & operative)
Laparoscopy:

Diagnosis & surgical treatment of bilateral tubal inflammation, endometriosis, chocolate cysts, ovarian drilling (in cases of PCOS), adhesiolysis, removal of fibroids (myomectomy)
Hysteroscopy: Diagnosis & surgical treatment of congenital anomalies- septum, bicornuate uterus, adhesiolysis & myomectomy.
